Fund Raising - An Appeal
The only source of funding for this Satabdhi Manimantapam has been the regular contributions of the numerous devotees
of the Kanchi MahaSwami. The work is both labour, and cost intensive. Listed below are some of the activities undertaken by the SSSMM Trust and
other project patrons to raise the awareness of the project among the public and generate sufficient funds for its completion.
We appeal to everyone to participate enthusiastically in this project.
For a limited time, until stocks last, the Trust will mail a free copy of the book "THE VEDAS", to donors in the USA who contribute Rs 1000/- or more.
Devotees can contribute to the project by donating directly to the Trust by cheque/demand draft/credit card or indirectly by participating
in one of our fund raising activities.

Mahaswami Divya Charitra Upanyasam - Saptaaham by Sri Ganesha Sarma
Entrusted with the task of compiling some sort of a Sthala Purana for the Manimantapam, detailing the background of the project,
Sri Ganesha Sarma (formerly of TAFE) and Sri Ramarathnam, Trustee, were divinely inspired, so to say, to come up with a 7 day Bhagavata Saptaaham style
discourse in Tamil on the life of the Kanchi Mahaswami. The 'Periyava Saptaaham' has been presented in a very lively manner by Sri Ganesha Sarma
in many different places and has a visible impact on the audiences everywhere. Both the Acharyas of the Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam
have been pleased with the effort and have asked Sri Ganesha Sarma to present it on several occasions like the Mahamaham festival in Kumbakonam, and the
celebrations in Kaaladi.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange a Saptaaham in your area. Click here for further details
